Dr. Leticia Nieto

Leticia Nieto, PsyD, LMFT, TEP is a leadership coach, psychotherapist, and educator specializing in liberation and equity, cultural responsiveness, motivational patterning, and evolutionary creativity. Her 2010 book, Beyond Inclusion, Beyond Empowerment: A Developmental Strategy to Liberate Everyone, is an accessible analysis of the dynamics of oppression and supremacy that offers readers ways to develop skills to promote social justice.

Interconnections Healing Center

We are licensed clinicians who provide therapy to individuals, couples, and groups; and training, supervision, and consultation to mental health professionals. Our emphasis is in serving the QTBIPOC (i.e., queer, trans, black, indigenous, and/or people of color) communities. Our building and practice is located on Unceded Coast Salish Territories of the Duwamish People and therefore, we contribute monthly towards Real Rent Duwamish.

Hello and thank you for reading! I am accepting new clients of all ages who are seeking virtual therapy in the state of Washington. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients, particularly young adults and those struggling with complex trauma. I have been trained in DBT and somatic approaches. My therapeutic style is curious and creative, following the client’s train of thought and assisting them in connecting the dots. I believe that validation and empathy are equally as important as challenging the client to grow and change.
